| Dogwood Golf
and Country Club is hosting a fundraiser for Brad Koster. Brad
is 22 years old and was diagnosed in March with sarcoma cancer.
He has already endured one cycle of chemo at the Sloan Kettering
Center in New York and returned to Sloan Kettering on May 6 for
a second round. The treatment is expected to last five/six
months. Brad's family is staying with him in New York to provide
as much support as possible.
Brad, a graduate of Walker School is
the son of Randy and Elaine Koster of Marietta, Georgia.
Dogwood Golf and Country Club will be
closing the course for this event and donating the proceeds. If
you would like to play in the benefit please contact the Pro
Shop at 770/941-2202 for more information. The format is a
four-person scramble. The cost if $50 per person.
